1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Mention Labs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of the Service

Mention Labs is a software as a service platform provided on a subscription or usage basis. The Service is intended for lawful business or personal use only. NexusPredict LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, subject to applicable law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Data Collection and Use

Mention Labs is designed to minimize data collection. We collect only the data required to operate the Service.

This data is used solely for account access, authentication, and security purposes.

5.2 Payment Data

Payment information is collected only to process billing and subscriptions and may include:

• Payment method details

All payment transactions are processed by trusted third party payment processors. NexusPredict LLC does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on its servers.

Mention Labs does not collect user generated content, uploaded files, behavioral tracking data, or analytics data beyond what is strictly necessary for billing, authentication, and security.

6. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

• Fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• All fees are non refundable except where required by law

We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Subscription Management and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to the Service will remain available until that time.

NexusPredict LLC may suspend or terminate access for non payment or material violation of these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Mention Labs, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by NexusPredict LLC or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely in accordance with these Terms.

10. Confidentiality

Any non public information disclosed by NexusPredict LLC in connection with the Service is considered confidential. You agree not to disclose such information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

11. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis. NexusPredict LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation and may perform maintenance or updates that affect availability.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mention Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusPredict LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

In no event shall the total liability of NexusPredict LLC exceed the amount paid by you to Mention Labs in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexusPredict LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. NexusPredict LLC may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexusPredict LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
